From the novel by Oscar Wilde

Adapted by George Shore

Directed by George Shore and Mark Todd

The Picture of Dorian Gray follows the titular Dorian as he trades his soul for eternal youth after becoming enthralled with a painting of himself. Set against the backdrop of Victorian London, this Gothic philosophical drama explores queer relationships, morality and love.  Adapted from Oscar Wilde’s only novel, this play calls into question morality, society and the role of art.

This production includes depictions of sexist language, suicide, and violence, including violence towards women.
