Frank Bryant is a failed writer who hates his job as a professor of literature. Rita is his newest student: a hairdresser who thinks Yeats is a wine lodge, assonance means getting the rhyme wrong and devouring pulp fiction will impress examiners.
Rita convinces an unwilling Frank to help her embark on a mission to know everything. Willy Russell's heart-warming comedy is brought to the stage in The Company's latest production.
